Nanushka offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all full-priced items provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. We strive to make your return process as seamless as the craftsmanship of our collections.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return form to ensure your refund is processed accurately.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided via the portal to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier drop-off point and retain your receipt for tracking until your refund is confirmed.
